FP&A Director for the Public segment in Visma Group

Visma AS
<div>Connected by software – driven by people </div><div> </div><div>We develop and deliver software to small businesses, medium and large enterprises, and the public sector – improving the work-life of millions of people around the world. Our software simplifies and automates complex and manual work processes, empowering people’s everyday lives. Visma is a collection of entrepreneurial companies, each with their own start-up mentality, personality, and leadership. All our companies have business autonomy and go-to-market freedom – a key ingredient to our growth.</div>
One of the critical pillars of Visma’s success over the past 20 years has been tight financial control. The finance function in Visma consists of controllers at many levels of the organisation, who guard our reporting regime with professional integrity so that our financial figures are correct, timely, and usable. Going beyond the basic financials, this function maintains and improves datasets from financial statements, invoicing data, customer data and market data. This allows us to calculate the potential outcomes of our strategic choices, and is our bullshit filter for our strategic and tactical decisions.

The Visma group's public segment is currently responsible for about 700M EUR in revenue in Northern Europe and delivers mission-critical software to local governments.

The FP&A Director will join the segment team as a close strategic sparring partner for the segment director and advisor to the core segment leadership team. This role will also work closely with the finance function across Visma.

The Segment FP&A director will report to the Segment Director, with a dotted line to the group FP&A function.
