If you have experience with slaughtering and/or cutting beef, lamb, and/or pork, this position could be perfect for you!
On behalf of our client, we are looking for skilled and motivated butchers who are interested in a long-term engagement with a highly attractive company. We are seeking candidates with expertise and experience in slaughtering and meat-cutting processes, who are ready to contribute to a high level of quality and efficiency in the slaughterhouse.

Location: Oslo
Position: 100% full-time
Working hours: Monday – Friday, daytime
Requirements:

Extensive experience in slaughterhouse/production with cutting of beef, lamb, and pork

Solid knowledge of hygiene and sanitation practices
-
Good Norwegian or English knowledge is an absolute requirement
Tasks:
-
Carrying out slaughtering and/or meat-cutting in a professional and correct manner (beef and lamb)

Quality control and assurance
-
Compliance with hygiene and safety standards
-
Cooperation with other departments
Personal qualities:

You are a positive person with high work capacity and good health, able to handle physically demanding work

You have a strong work ethic

You are reliable and responsible

You work independently and are not afraid to take initiative
